ABOUT TODD

Hi, I'm Todd

A Message from Todd

Seven years ago, I had the privilege of serving the people of Pleasant Grove on our City Council. It was a season of hard work, collaboration, and vision. Since that time, our city has seen extraordinary growth—new businesses, world-class recreation, upgraded infrastructure, and a stronger sense of community than ever before.

I’m running for City Council again because I believe that leadership matters—and that my experience, connections, and understanding of our city’s unique challenges can help us continue moving forward in ways that are smart, responsible, and deeply rooted in what makes Pleasant Grove great.

What We’ve Built Together

Infrastructure Improvements

Over the past several years, we’ve invested in critical infrastructure that sets the stage for long-term success and safety.
•    $13 million in road improvements, resurfacing or rebuilding over 100 roadway sections
•    Upcoming $10 million in additional roadway upgrades already in planning
•    Installation of water quality systems, including chlorination and major pipe replacement
•    Infrastructure improvements that support growth, protect water resources, and modernize public utilities like never before
We’ve gone beyond surface-level upgrades—we’re rebuilding systems for the future.

Economic Development & New Businesses

Pleasant Grove has experienced a wave of economic growth, with new restaurants, shops, service providers, and large-scale developments choosing to call our city home.

CAMPAIGN MISSION

Empowering Pleasant Grove

My mission is to ensure Pleasant Grove thrives through fiscal responsibility, smart investments, and sustainable growth—without increasing the burden on our residents. Over the past seven years, I have prioritized economic frugality, ensuring city funds are managed wisely while securing long-term road and infrastructure funding to keep our community moving forward. I am committed to responsible development in The Grove District, attracting businesses that drive economic growth and generate tax revenue without placing the financial strain on our residents. With strategic planning and conservative budgeting, we can continue to build a strong, vibrant, and financially secure Pleasant Grove for generations to come.
